I’ve hit a stretch of life where everything is moving very fast and my time is filled, the challenge will be how to stay relaxed and enjoy myself as deadlines and commitments pull my attention in different directions. I won’t have another weekend completely free until mid-May and I’m a little overwhelmed thinking about the next few months.
How can I enjoy the moments as they pass as I’m engrossed in the upcoming projects, tasks and responsibilities? How do I get enough sleep and fit in the gym routine I want to start? Is there anything I can hand off to someone else? Is there anything I can take off my calendar? Is there anything that I feel responsible for that I’m really not responsible for? All of those are good questions.
I’m looking forward to this opportunity to learn how to better manage my time, my energy, my expectations and my needs. This is another chance to create change.
