So… I’m going to be real with you. I’m not entirely sure what I’m doing here yet, and I think that’s kind of fun? Right?
I’ve moved most of my recolors from ModTheSims over to CurseForge (still have Simblreen stuff to move), and I thought adding Patreon might be a nice next step as make my way back to creating. Patreon will be a home base where I hope to connect more with the people who enjoy my stuff. It’s going to take me a little while to get all my content posts setup so be patient please.
Here’s what I do know: I love making recolors, and I have no plans to stop. Right now, all my content is free and available to everyone; I’m not expecting anyone to subscribe, and I won’t be locking things behind tiers unless there’s a real reason to.
But I do have plans brewing! Here’s a peek at where I’m headed:
- More Recolors: always and forever, that’s my happy place, you can look forward to more wall art, and me pushing the concept of maximalism to new heights
- Rebuilding My Game: I can make recolors but I have to have some place to take screenshots and all my amazing families and friend groups need places to live as I recreate their lives
- Learning Blender: I have some big ideas for original meshes… once Blender and I stop fighting (I’m so sad I lost my logo wall light with the rest of my stuff)
- WordPress plugins for Simmers: Web has been my career for almost as long as there’s been a web. I’m working on some plugins specifically for the Sims 4 CC community (more on this as it develops!)
- Virtual Coffee Club: I’d love to set up a space where we can hang out and just talk about our mutual love for The Sims because I’m really kind of over “social media” I do have a Discord server setup and if you follow me for free you’ll get an invite. I’ll be setting up some “office hours” there soon.
- Do Scary Things: I’m going to be brave and make content for YouTube because I think it’s another way for people to discover my recolors, and a way to build community.
If I do get the hang of meshing, having Patrons who can vote on what I create next could be a really cool thing down the road. But for now? I’m just glad you’re here.
Thanks for checking this out, and stick around it’s only going to get more interesting from here.
Happy Simming! 🏡 Suzie (ImSuanne)
